The second of two commissioned photo albums for a seriously talented photographer (and my personal friend) Dan Klein. Entirely handmade, including the papercraft, these are modelled from traditional scrapbook dimensions with post fasteners for the convenient addition and removal of pages.
I thought it was tire thread at first. lol or little swastikas meshed together you sick **** you. No but really it looks great. I'd like mine similar to thought but a deep red. Thank you.
I am indeed a sick fuck, but not of the ethnic cleansing variety! And if you want to pay me $70, I will be happy to make and mail you your very own faux-Swastika tire tread photo album. I actually have made some marbled paper in red, black, and gold recently that would be perfect for this, so you theoretically could have what you wish. Lol. And thanks! ^_^
What no friend discount?! What, what!? No I'm kidding but I might have you do something similar in the future. I don't do photo albums. I would have to develop some photos first.
I know it doesn't look like it, but I do have to eat! Lmao. I would be more than happy to make something for you though, or do a collaborative project, as well. And I wouldn't run you through the nose on prices, I just try to cover my ass when it comes to supply expense and service hours.
Oh no believe me I completely understand. I'm just teasing. I love to work with other artists but rarely do because I would like to pay them for their time and work but I'm broke so what am I to do. lol
Lmao! He liked the pattern on my other book so much, he asked if I could copy the painting technique on this one in a different colour scheme. I altered it slightly, but it still reads similarly...and with a lot more of a pronounced visual distinction between the fore- and backgrounds. I'm glad you likie! ^_^
